Late lunch/early dinner
This a.m. I did an hour and 15 minutes of yoga and 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical :)
Other than that it’s been a day full of errands and now I get to relax and love me some potatoes and Brussels sprouts with lots and lots of garlic.

This a.m. I got in an hour and 15 minutes of yoga.. I ran some errands and had lunch then…
Went for my long run :) 7 miles today on the American river trail.
The beginning of it was hard for some reason and I felt very anxious, I think because I just really wanted the run to feel easy and go well. I had electrolytes in my water but I didn’t use any nutrition because my stomach was already upset.
By 2.50 miles I started gaining some speed and got set in a solid pace :)
From then on it was smooth sailing and I got some nice shots too!
40 minutes on a noisy elliptical before the sun came up.
Came home to frozen water which is nothing new these days.
I had to shower at work. It was a long day but I got some exercise and had an awesome dinner with my love of orange chicken, Brussels sprouts, and red wine.
Tomorrow I get yoga and a long training run :) And my car is getting fixed. It will be wonderful to have two days off ❤️
And I couldn’t be more excited for a new week to begin
I’ll be on my second week of official training for the shamrockin half marathon.
It’s cold here, my car is broken down, and I didn’t run today but I’m sitting here with my second family (the boyfriends fam) drinking egg nog and brandy and about to eat a home cooked meal of tri tip and bacon Brussels sprouts SO I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.
It’s warm inside, I’m surrounded by people who love me and there is a fresh meal on the table.. I’m one lucky lady.
