Yes… be proud of your own accomplishments. I often find myself watching the personal trainers and the fitness models in my major thinking.. why couldn’t I do that.. why didn’t I do that.. they are so much better then me. Gets me no where!

Yes I feel this way often.. but then I remember that I’ve figured it out thus far and done a pretty damn good job I might add so there is nothing keeping me from continuing on the right path.

Saturday May 18th
Today was not bad!
I woke up at 7 and took a final online so I’m glad I got that out of the way.
Breakfast: 8oz of nonfat milk with 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Mint Chocolate Chip
Snack: Apple and 2 light baby bell cheeses
Lunch: 8oz of nonfat milk with 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Mint Chocolate Chip
Snack: Skinny Hazelnut Macchiato from Starbucks
Dinner: Egg Salad Sandwich from Starbucks (500 Cal)
Exercise: YAY I wan’t going to exercise today because I thought I would be in the library all day but I got to run! about 3 1/2 miles. It was HOT.
Headed back to the library and got a good 5 hours of studying… tomorrow is judgement day.. sort of.

I’m slightly tired today.. I think its just been a long week and I didn’t sleep well last night

Lunch: Turkey Patty wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, and mustard
Snack: I’m going to have a coffee because I need to study for the rest of the day
Dinner: Haven’t had it yet but Ill be at the library so I will be having a shake - Herbalife
Exercise: I was going to run this morning but I just wasn’t feeling it, so I rode to work (6 miles) worked for 5 hours then rode home (another 6 miles).
Can it be Monday yet so I can get through my Metabolism final??
Last day of undergrad :)
Today was my last day of college as an undergrad and potentially my last day of school ever. I still have to get through finals but I am so proud I made it!!
Breakfast: 8oz of fat free milk with 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Mint Chocolate Chip (which is amazing btw)
Snack: Banana and Better’n peanut butter
Lunch: 8oz of fat free milk with 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Cookies and Cream
Snack: Brussels sprouts
Dinner: Fat free and vegetarian biryani curried rice mixed with Kung pow chicken from Trader Joes - Had a little over a cup altogether
Exercise: 4 Mile run - awesome run too!! Its nice and cool today so it was an easy run
